Getty Images sent a demand letter for an image that was part of the website providers to us and our charging $780 for a dog licking a cat photo that is all over the web - I spoke to Mandy Richmond at 206-925-6773, who said she could settle it for $625 today. I asked for her to provide all policies and documents from the company in whicih employees are directed on what to communicate, photos are searched, how the system has been tested for non discrimination, how they take precautions to mark all photos and make their copyrights obvious through notice to public, why they don't have a policy to send out cease and desist and send all original documentation not photo copies of when and where this photo was pulled from our website, as it is not on our website - she refused all such requests. I told her I would start a suit against them for frivolous lawsuits, unlawful demands and bill her for my time and attorney fees. I also told her my dog looks just like the one in the alleged copyright photo and so does my cat, that they lick each other all of the time and the grass is just like all other grass. I asked her to provide the actual existence and place where the original photo was taken, photographers name - as she stated he was never paid. You can see where this is going. I will be seeing them in court, and hopefully set precendent and stop their nonsense. I fully agree with a cease and desist notice, which could even have been emailed - but really, $780, GET REAL!

This is a better way that displays the age CORRECTLY. ;)
function getAge( $p_strDate ) {
    list($Y,$m,$d)    = explode("-",$p_strDate);
    $years            = date("Y") - $Y;

    if( date("md") < $m.$d ) { $years--; }
